I am a former major donor to a Virginia Nonprofit Organization. I was treated rudely and disrespectfully by the Executive Director and a member of their board. I was offended by their hurtful language and unappreciation for my large annual donations. I requested to have interaction with their organization, but was ostracized by them. I didn’t continue my annual donations to support their cause. It caused emptional distress and much disappointment. Very sad!

For hard crediting – Is the “Holder of the DAF” the name of the Donor Advised Fund, or the larger entity that writes the check (E.g. Fidelity Charitable sends the check – but the DAF is Smith Family Fund)?

Hi Jane – The responses aren’t anonymous. You can see detailed tracking and responses on each survey by opening the survey and going to the Tracking or Responses tab. Additionally, survey responses can impact an individual’s engagement level in Bloomerang.
