]]>If the email address is mis-labeled as bad, it can be removed by contacting bloomerang support. We are only showing the bad label for primary email addresses. If a primary is marked as “bad”, then you change a non-primary address to be the primary, we will scan the new primary address. If you remove the bad address/email address. The flag in the header goes away.
]]>Wondering if you have any timeline for when you might 1) improve the email editor (so, for example, I don’t have to have double spaces with all hard returns), and 2) improve coding so that emails are mobile friendly?
]]>The bad flag is marked from the scan Bloomerang performs to identify whether or not the email address is bad. Once the user knows the email address is bad, the constituent can be contacted to get a good email address. Bad email addresses should be removed from Bloomerang, as they cannot be used for sending emails to constituents.
