Without Bloomerang, entering payment schedules and tracking them by spreadsheet along with 5 year projections is a nightmare and leaves much room for error. My largest use of a payment schedule is a “semi-annual” payment option, that isn’t in the drop-down option, yet. Adding that would be fantastic.
