I wish I could be enthusiastic about this move, too many times I see the entry of private equity investment harming a business. It does look like JMI has a solid stable of software companies and it does not appear that they impose unreasonable cost-cutting or synergistic moves. We just switched to Bloomerang this year and have been very impressed with the customer service and the technical aspects of the product. I will keep an eye on this as a skeptical optimist!
